1. Who we are

2. Prices and payment

• All prices are in euro and include VAT.
• Sending an order through our website does not charge you. We call you within one working day to confirm the order and then email you a VAT invoice.
• You pay the full invoice by bank transfer or card before we ship the product, or before the installation day for products supplied and fitted by us.

3. Delivery (supply only)

• We deliver by courier in the Republic of Ireland. Delivery is charged once per order: water softeners €49, drinking water filters €15, heat pumps & hot water €89, ventilation with heat recovery €15, filters, cartridges & spare parts €8.
• We confirm the expected delivery date after your order.
• Please check the parcel on delivery and tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged or missing.

4. Supplied and fitted

• Installation dates start at least 14 days after you book. You choose your preferred date when you order.
• After you book, we call you within one working day to confirm the installation date and check what the job needs (for example, where the water comes in, a nearby socket and drain, or the wall where a unit goes).
• The fitted price covers the product, fitting at the point described in your booking, setting up and a short handover.
• If the installation can't be done once we are at your home (for example, the plumbing doesn't allow it), we refund everything you paid except a call-out fee of €120, and we take the product back with us.
• Extra work that wasn't in the booking (for example moving pipes or a new drain) is quoted separately and only done with your agreement.

5. Your right to cancel

• Products delivered to you: you can cancel within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. Tell us by email or phone, return the product unused and in its original packaging within 14 days, and we refund the price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of getting it back. You pay the cost of returning it.
• Supplied and fitted: you can cancel free of charge before the installation date. If you asked us to fit the product within the 14-day cancellation period, you may cancel later only for the part not yet done.

6. Guarantee

Products come with your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and the manufacturer's warranty. Our fitting work is guaranteed for 12 months. Contact us first if anything goes wrong and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund as the law provides.

7. Looking after your system

Softeners need salt and filters need replacement cartridges at the intervals in the manual. Faults caused by missing maintenance, frost or work by others are not covered.
