Heat pump water heater for 2 – 4 people
A hot water cylinder with its own small heat pump on top. It takes heat from the air around it, or from outside air through two ducts, and uses it to heat your water.
It replaces an immersion or a standard cylinder and uses much less electricity, with a 1,200 W element as back-up for very cold days or a quick boost.

Installation needs
- A frost-free room of enough volume, or two ducts to outside
- Floor that takes the full weight when filled
- Cold mains, hot water pipework, a drain and a 230 V supply
- Unvented cylinders must be fitted by a competent installer

Looking after it
- Clean the air filter a few times a year
- Yearly check of the anode and safety valve
Delivery, returns & guarantee
- Supply only: delivered by courier in the Republic of Ireland, €89 per order. We confirm the delivery date after you order.
- Supplied & fitted: installation from 14 days after you book; we call you within one working day to confirm the date. If the job can't be done once we're on site, you get everything back except a €120 call-out fee.
- 14 days to change your mind on delivered products (unused, in the original packaging).
- Manufacturer's warranty on the product, and 12 months on our fitting work.
