Features

Installation needs
- Fitted on the cold mains, after the stopcock
- A sediment pre-filter (20 – 50 micron) before the softener is recommended by the manufacturer
- A 230 V socket within reach of the unit
- A drain point nearby for the regeneration water and the overflow
- Space for the cabinet and easy access for topping up salt
- Frost-free location

Looking after it
- Top up with tablet salt for water softeners when the level drops
- Check the hardness once or twice a year (test kit available)
- Regeneration runs automatically, set for the night when nobody uses water
Delivery, returns & guarantee
- Supply only: delivered by courier in the Republic of Ireland, €49 per order. We confirm the delivery date after you order.
- Supplied & fitted: installation from 14 days after you book; we call you within one working day to confirm the date. If the job can't be done once we're on site, you get everything back except a €120 call-out fee.
- 14 days to change your mind on delivered products (unused, in the original packaging).
- Manufacturer's warranty on the product, and 12 months on our fitting work.
